The honest answer on hotels
There is no hotel block near these venues. Guests who book rooms elsewhere in the East Valley are then driving in for the rehearsal, driving in for the ceremony, driving back after the toasts. Someone is coordinating rides on the morning you least want to be coordinating rides.
Desert View is about 30 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor, so a flying-in guest lands, drives out to the desert, and wants to stop driving. Anything that cuts the number of trips between beds and the venue is worth more than it looks like on a spreadsheet.
The math of one house versus a pile of rooms
Sixteen people at double occupancy is eight hotel rooms. Eight rooms means eight check-ins, eight sets of keys, eight guests asking what time the shuttle leaves, and no shared room to sit in at 11 PM after the reception. We cannot quote you a price here, and we would not try to tell you a house always costs less than eight rooms.
What we can tell you is what changes structurally. One address. One kitchen where somebody makes coffee at six in the morning while the rest of the house sleeps. One backyard where the group ends up after the venue closes. One place for the wedding party to get ready, instead of a bridal suite half the group has to drive to.

Outside there is a lounge with a 75 inch TV, outdoor dining for 24, a gas BBQ and outdoor kitchen, a pergola, sun loungers and hanging swing chairs. Inside there is a theater room, a game room with a Golden Tee arcade and a pool table, a gourmet kitchen that seats 12 at the table plus 9 at the island, a coffee bar with pour-over and starter K-cups, full laundry, and fast wifi. Parking on site fits up to 15 cars, though we cannot take shuttles, trailers or RVs.

What this house is not
It is not a venue. We do not host ceremonies or receptions, and we are not going to start. That is not a technicality buried in the fine print, it is the whole reason the street stays quiet enough for the neighbors and for you. No unauthorized parties or events at the house, and quiet hours run 10 PM to 7 AM. If your plan is a reception in the backyard, we are the wrong house, and Desert View is genuinely right next door.
It is also not a hotel. There is no front desk. What you get instead is a whole house and the people you actually wanted around you.

Booking is direct with us, and we take bookings ourselves, so the process is plain: send your dates and we reply the same day with whether the weekend is open.
