Apache Junction, Arizona
Five bedrooms on an acre at the foot of the Superstition Mountains. Sleeps sixteen, and gets quiet after ten.
Check availabilityThe house
There are a lot of wedding venues out here because of the mountain, and no hotel block. So the house was set up for the other half of the trip: everyone in one place, room to spread out, and somewhere to land at the end of the night.
An acre means sixteen people can be here and it still gets quiet. That is the part guests write about afterwards.
The backyard
Heated at no extra charge, with a waterfall wall and loungers in the water.
Set to face the Superstitions, which is the whole reason it is where it is.
A 75 inch smart TV under the pergola, for the game nobody wants to miss.
Plus a gas BBQ and a full outdoor kitchen, so dinner does not move indoors.
A full court and a putting green, both lit, so games run past sundown.
The games that get going on their own while dinner is still cooking.
Hanging chairs, loungers and umbrellas, spread across the acre.
Sunken, lit from the steps, and where the night usually ends.
And inside
Couches, a projector, and the room everyone drifts to once the mountain goes dark.
Pool table, Golden Tee arcade, and board games on the table.
Wedding weekends
Desert View Weddings is right next door and The Paseo is seven minutes up the road. We are not a venue and we do not host the ceremony. We are where the wedding party gets ready in the morning, where the out of town family sleeps, and where everyone comes back afterwards.
Outdoor dining seats twenty four, parking holds fifteen cars, and quiet hours start at ten so the neighbors stay friendly and the house stays available.

Guests
Same house, same acre, same mountain. New owners as of this year, and the reviews are verbatim.
“This was an absolute dream house for our family vacation. Spacious, absolutely gorgeous inside and out, lots of amenities, the most beautiful views of the Superstitions, killer back yard, pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, pickleball court.”
“Beautiful home and amazing location. My husband and I did an off-site wedding at Lost Dutchman and getting from the house to the site was a breeze. The house amenities were great for getting ready before.”
“It truly felt like a private resort. The property was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and packed with amenities. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and pool, and the game room kept everyone entertained.”
“Out of the several Airbnbs and VRBOs we've stayed at, this one ranks at the top. The resort style pool was clean and the water features were a surprising touch. We'll definitely be back.”
Book direct
We answer these ourselves, same day, usually within a couple of hours between eight in the morning and nine at night, Arizona time. Tell us the dates and roughly who is coming, and we will come back with the total, all in, and hold the dates while you decide.
Booking direct means no platform fees and no middleman. You are messaging the people who run the house.
Before you ask
Sixteen and up. Five bedrooms hold four kings and a queen, and there are sleeper sofas in the theater and game rooms.
No. The house is where your group stays, not where the event happens. Desert View Weddings is right next door and The Paseo is seven minutes up the road, and both are set up for it. Small gatherings among your own group are fine.
Ten at night to seven in the morning. It is a real neighborhood and the rule is what keeps the house available to everyone.
On site, up to fifteen cars in the driveway. No shuttles, trailers, or RVs.
Yes, at no extra charge. The hot tub seats ten and looks at the mountain.
